The days have been filled with shopping, cooking, baking, and of course, late nights, and "sleep in" mornings. Luke has deemed these days "Holi-nights" (instead of "holidays").
We got to skype dad, mom and Hermela (wish we could post the pictures!), and learned that she LOVES the iPad and iTouch. So, as we were out shopping, we checked Target for some MLK Day sales...
This morning we enjoyed a big Country Das Dutch House breakfast...
Found Ethiopian Coffee at Caribou!
...And were thinking of Hermela the entire time... :)
We are hopefully talking with dad and mom late tonight (which is early morning in Ethiopia). Will post any updates as we receive them!
