There are two faces on our refrigerator that keep us thankful for what we have AND focused on what’s important in life.
The first is this little boy holding his new goat!
Bekah, who has always wanted to have a barn and some animals, asked for a goat for Christmas. She didn’t want this goat for herself, but for a child in Africa through WORLD VISION!
The second face is of our newly sponsored child in Ethiopia! This sponsorshhip was our family Christmas gift. Birtukan is about the same age as Hermela and is from the region where our church is serving. The family is anxiously waiting to hear back from her. We hope to visit her and her family on a future trip to ET!
We are so thankful for all that we have AND grateful that we are reminded of this daily!
