Topping off our July!

Hermela was "yahoo" about Wahoo!  :)

Our family enjoyed a night at Progressive field as the Indians claimed a (last minute) victory over the Angels. (Sorry Spansel Gang!)

Hermela wasn't too sure about Slider, but hung in there for a quick picture!
We often wonder what she is really thinking as she takes in all these new experiences.
Another highlight for the month of July was Convoy of Hope.

"The mission of Convoy of Hope is community outreach, children's feeding, disaster response, partner resourcing and Prayer for HOPE!

Foot washing and new shoes, hair cuts, family pictures, bags of groceries to take home, lunch, health/dental care, job fair, music by local bands, kid zone, prayer, counseling, and other services were provided for local residents in need.
We look forward to seeing how this outreach effort to our local neighbors can continue throughout the year!

If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right.
James 2:8

  1. I thought that all you adoptive parents out there would like to know that there is a soon-to-be show on Disney Chanel featuring 2 white parents with 1 bio kid and 3 adopted (Boy from India, Girl from Africa, and Boy from somewhere else) Isn't that Awesome? The show is called "Jessie" -A
