It's hard to believe that one year ago today we received a call from our agency wanting to "talk to us about a little 6 year old girl!" We let Abbey (away at college and joining us via skype.) tell her siblings the good news!
Dick was on his way out the door for the first night of soccer and the kids were over a friend's house. We waited a few agonizing hours to gather the whole family around the computer to see Hermela's face for the first time. We blogged about it here!
Hermela you are such a wonderful addition to our family! Only one year ago today we "met" you and now can't imagine life without you. We feel honored that GOD CHOSE YOU for us!
such a wonderful anniversary!!! It's hard to believe it's been a year already! It was so wonderful getting to spend time with you all in ET before you brought her home. She's such a lovely girl! :)
